The highly anticipated Red Bull Campus Clutch sees college and university students worldwide vying for supremacy in the competitive Valorant tournament.
As student teams gear up for the grand esports showdown, this third season of the Red Bull Campus Clutch promises high-octane action, invaluable experience, and a shot at an impressive prize pool.
Setting the Stage for Competitive Valorant
Red Bull Campus Clutch’s third season is an open battlefield for college and university students across the globe. Representing their campuses, participants strive for the chance to showcase their skills on the world stage. This year, the final showdown is set to be held offline at the Volkswagen Arena in Istanbul, Turkey, where Loud clinched the VCT World Champion title during the Valorant Champions 2022.
A Tournament Growing in Scale and Impact
Since its inception in 2021, Red Bull Campus Clutch has hosted over 800 tournaments, attracting 25,000 participants in the first season and 30,000 in the second. Now open for 2023 registrations, the competition is expected to host more than 200 regional events across four months. Local qualifiers will whittle down the competition, with top teams progressing to the National Final. Here, they will compete for the title of Red Bull Campus Clutch National Final Winners and the chance to represent their country in the World Final.
A Rewarding Journey for Standout Squads
Teams that rise to the occasion will have the chance to participate in the Red Bull Campus Clutch World Final – an all-expenses-paid trip to a LAN tournament in Istanbul. The victorious team will clinch the Red Bull Campus Clutch World Champions title, along with a substantial €20,000 prize. The competition has previously enabled standout squads like Team Egypt and Team USA to shine on the global stage, with some players securing contracts with professional esports teams.
With UK Student Valorant team Casa Noturna having won the Red Bull Campus Clutch 2022 UK Finals, anticipation is high for the next generation of talent.
