When we play League of Legends, we want to look good, right? We don’t want to be that “no skin” walking around on the Summoners Rift. When we destroy, we want to destroy in style. We all have our favorite skin that we like to sport around, whether it’s the latest skin for our main or one from a special event.
Riot certainly doesn’t lack when it comes to releasing skins – they have released around 1,000 skins and don’t plan to stop there.
What are the best League of Legends skins? In our opinion, the best LoL Skins are:
Cosmic Enchantress Lulu
This sorceress has her fair share of skins, but the one that really stands out from the crowd for us would be the Cosmic Enchantress Lulu. Seriously, have you noticed the details on this skin? The shimmering sound effects, the mini Aurelion Sol, and the smooth animation make this skin perfect.
Dawnbringer Karma
The Dawnbringer Karma skin has a neat little story to it. In 2019, Riot announced the plans for the Riot Games Social Impact Fund (you may have heard of this) – it’s an initiative to support various charities. One hundred percent of the profits that are made from the Dawnbringer Karma skin will go to this. This skin has made around $6 million that was distributed between charities picked by the players.
Coven Morgana
Coven Morgana was released with Patch 10.8, and it definitely deserves some spotlight. Even if you don’t play Morgana, when you see the splash art, you’re going to want to pick this skin up. The VFX on this skin is packed full of details with lovely shades of black and red.
Corgi Corki
We still remember when this adorable champion joined the team during an April Fools’ joke (Cats versus Dogs event) in 2019. From time to time, you probably came across Corgi Corki. This skin contains seven chromas, and each one has a different version of a corgi.
Annie-Versary
During the League of Legends 10th anniversary, Riot released the Annie-versary skin. In October, during the 10 Days of Gifting, League of Legends players had the opportunity to obtain this skin for free. This skin has Annie carrying around a cute little Teemo plushie and a Poro backpack. The adorable little plushie transforms into a large Tibbers-Teemo.
Pizza Delivery Sivir
On the Pizza Delivery Sivir, it’s evident that Riot put a lot of thought into this skin. With this skin, it’s obvious that Sivir is about to deliver some yummy pizza!
Triumphant Ryze
This skin cannot be purchased in the store, unfortunately. The only way for you to get your hands on this skin is by winning one of the Riots sponsored League community tournaments. When you see someone wearing this skin, it proves that they are a winner recognized by Riot.
High Noon Lucian
With this epic skin, Lucian is taking over the Wild West. Sure, gunslinger motifs aren’t exactly unique, but we haven’t come across one that is done this good. High Noon Lucian is a half-devil, half-human being that is seeking revenge for Senna, his wife. His light pistols are now a demonic gun on his right hand and a golden gun on his left hand. The particle effects for his abilities really catch the eye – it’s a fiery orange that fades into a smokey black. When Lucian’s ultimate ability (The Culling) is used, Lucian turns into a relentless demon. When Lucian dies, the earth opens up and swallows him whole.
